EventsIf you're here, you probably met us at Doe Bay this weekend — maybe at Alexis's Silver Age Jewelry booth, maybe in a conversation with Anna, maybe you just took the card and put it in a pocket. Either way: glad you're here.
Here's the short version of who we are.
We practice DBT skills together, as peers.
DBT — Dialectical Behavior Therapy — is a set of concrete, practiceable skills for riding out hard emotions, staying regulated when everything is loud, and asking for what you need without burning the bridge. Ordinary tools. They work better with other people around.
DBT with Friends is open to everyone.
DBT with Witches is a spinoff under the same umbrella, for women and femme-identifying folks — same skills, different room. Anna Scoville co-founded it.
Our Discord is the front door. Online groups, skill practice, and people who get it — wherever you live.
You don't have to introduce yourself. You don't have to be in a good place, or a bad one. Plenty of people read for weeks before saying anything, and that's a completely normal way to start.
Our in-person groups currently meet in Utah. If you're somewhere else and want one near you, say so in Discord — that's how the last few began.
And if you'd rather help build this than join a group: we're looking for facilitators, organizers, and artists. Same door.
We're a peer community, not a clinic. We practice skills together — we don't provide therapy, diagnosis, or crisis care, and nothing here replaces working with a licensed clinician.
If you're in crisis in the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), any hour.

Thanks for stopping by the booth. Come find us online.
